The concept of a Detective Party

A detective party is a « corporate game » that takes place during a seminar. It consists of solving, in teams, a mystery proposed and staged by presenters.

The nature of the mystery and the investigative technique used determines the different types of detective parties.

1. The « Murder Parties »
Just as in a real police enquiry, groups of investigators try to elucidate a crime, to discover who from the suspects (chosen by the company) is the murderer (or the thief). In addition to the key procedures of interrogations and evidence gathering there are challenges which enable the teams to win clues.

2. The « Mystery Parties »
They are similar to a rally or a treasure hunt. This time the teams are trying to uncover a mysterious secret. They take place in well-known sites, offering the opportunity to visit or rediscover them in a novel and amusing way.
